What makes them special: Again, the culture at this company is pretty outstanding. They are focused on customer satisfaction and work-life balance for their employees (dogs are allowed in the office). But another thing that G3 does that is rather admirable is their quickness to adapt to market conditions. Design and development was their main focus for a while, but they started noticing demand for east coast search engine optimization services and other things like PR, Social Media, and business blogging. So what do they do?
