We’re not your Dad’s agency

You know what I’m talking about. Those ad agencies that rules just to have rules. Sometimes they make rules to enforce the rules that they made at that meeting last week.

You know that firm. They spend 65% of their time reporting on the results… or at least what they could be delivering IF they could implement XYZ (which is conveniently outside the scope).

Yea, You know them. They have lots of clunky rules that are made by a bunch of dudes that have never used Google Analytics [worst part].

We’re pretty much the opposite of that firm

If you’re the one doing the job, we should probably listen to your thoughts, feedback, frustration on the process right? Makes sense. Decisions are made here based on how useful they are for the people involved & the overall cause.

People find the approach refreshing, innovative, interesting. But for us it’s just how it works.

As glamorous as this copy may make it out to be, there’s some hard times along the way. We’re webbies! Challenges lurk around every corner. The documentation is not yet fully baked. We’re still learning things every day. Even the stuff that is baked has to be editable.

If you’re passionate, you’ll love it. But still, working here is not for everybody. It’s definitely not the easiest web marketing job in Maryland. We’re gonna push you, but you can be sure that you’ll be enriched as a result.
